Here we introduce the uniforms of the beauty consultants of Moisteane, a trusted ally in skin care.
It was the staff's own wish — "we'd like to take on making a uniform" — that set the project in motion: the first uniform in the brand's more than thirty-year history.
What made them want a uniform in the first place? What would feel truly Moisteane? The team shared their thoughts, and from them we drew the seeds of the design.
The blouse born from carefully translating the brand's long-held values into design is finished in a soft fabric with a feminine, elegant impression. A simple piece, it matches the brand's own bearing.
Announced to more than 300 partner stores nationwide with the message "this is our expression of what Moisteane means," the response exceeded every expectation. With attire now unified — in the salon, and at product launches and other occasions calling for formal dress — morale rose along with it.
Perhaps the answer to growing a brand was simple all along: wear a uniform worthy of the value of what you make.

Valuing the real voices I hear there and the character of each company, we think together about uniforms that do more than look stylish: uniforms that genuinely raise the value of the company. Drawing on my experience across resort hotels, retail, cosmetics and many other industries, I propose designs that stay close to each client's needs.
