WITH THE STYLE FUKUOKA

Items
Jackets, vests, pants

Just a five-minute walk from Hakata Station, WITH THE STYLE FUKUOKA is an urban resort hotel whose extraordinary atmosphere calls to mind Palm Springs. In its open atrium lobby and refined interiors furnished with mid-century pieces, it offers guests a special moment away from the everyday.

The renewal called for a new uniform in harmony with the space. In particular, because the restaurant and the front desk sit close together, we proposed unifying the design across both departments to create a sense of oneness. Narrowing the range of uniform types also streamlined management, while balancing the relaxed feel of a resort hotel with genuine quality.

The women's uniform pairs a vest with pants — cool to wear, yet covering the shoulders for a refined, modest impression. The men's is a beige setup: a tube-sleeve jacket and semi-wide pants whose relaxed silhouette keeps formality without stiffness. In summer, the look stays balanced with the jacket off, whether the shirt is worn tucked or untucked.

The uniforms for bridal service staff were also renewed. To maintain unity with the first-floor front desk and restaurant, a beige shirt is paired with the tablier apron so highly rated for its ease of movement. Gentle volume at the cuffs and sharp piping accents pull the whole look together — the kind of detail only a custom uniform can deliver, in a "just right" piece that harmonizes with the hotel's aesthetic and elevates the quality of service.

The result is a uniform with the relaxed presence of a resort hotel, in harmony with the space and the service. Staff on the floor tell us it is comfortable and easy to move in. This new uniform, where space and people naturally become one, further enriches the WITH THE STYLE FUKUOKA brand experience.

We may be a uniform company, but I draw on my own experience in hospitality to keep things friendly and approachable, so that clients can speak openly without feeling any pressure. Beyond discussing the uniforms themselves, I hope to work with you to untangle the hopes and challenges that lie behind them.
